Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Fame Tan Affiliate Programme (the “Programme”), operated by Best Sunbeds Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 08875031 (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By registering as an affiliate, you (“Affiliate”, “you”) agree to comply with these Terms in full.

1. Eligibility

1.1. To join the Programme, you must be at least 18 years old and operate a valid website, blog, or social media account suitable for promoting our products.
1.2. We reserve the right to review and approve or reject any application at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

2. Affiliate Links and Promotion

2.1. Once approved, you will receive a unique tracking link and/or discount code to share with your audience.
2.2. You may promote our products on your digital channels, provided that all marketing activities are ethical, honest, and comply with applicable advertising regulations (including the UK Advertising Standards Authority guidelines).
2.3. You may not promote using misleading claims, spam, paid ads bidding on our brand names, or through unauthorised coupon websites.

3. Commission Structure

3.1. Affiliates earn a 10% commission on the net value (excluding VAT, discounts, and shipping) of valid orders placed through their referral link or discount code.
3.2. Commission rates may be reviewed or adjusted by us at any time, with prior notice to affiliates.
3.3. Commissions are tracked automatically through our website using AffiliateWP integration with WooCommerce.

4. Payment Terms

4.1. Commissions become eligible for payment after 30 days from the customer’s purchase date, to allow for returns, cancellations, or chargebacks.
4.2. Payments are made monthly via [Bank Transfer / PayPal] once the total balance reaches a minimum of £50.
4.3. If a referred order is returned, cancelled, refunded, or subject to chargeback, the associated commission will be deducted or reversed from your account balance.
4.4. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details. We are not liable for payments sent to incorrect or outdated accounts.

5. Refunds and Adjustments

5.1. Commissions are only paid on successfully completed transactions.
5.2. If a customer uses a partial refund or exchanges an item, commissions are recalculated based on the final paid amount.
5.3. We reserve the right to withhold or delay payments if fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.

6. Affiliate Conduct

6.1. Affiliates must represent the Fame Tan brand positively and professionally at all times.
6.2. Use of misleading information, false advertising, or unauthorised brand materials will result in termination from the Programme.
6.3. Affiliates must comply with GDPR and data privacy regulations when collecting or handling customer data.

7. Termination

7.1. Either party may terminate participation in the Programme at any time, with or without cause.
7.2. Upon termination, any outstanding but unpaid commissions below the minimum threshold (£50) will be forfeited.
7.3. Continued use of affiliate links or discount codes after termination is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. We make no guarantees regarding the success or profitability of any affiliate activity.
8.2. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the Programme.

9. Amendments

9.1. We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified by email or via the affiliate dashboard.
9.2. Continued participation after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

10.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
10.2. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
